Dashboard Application
AGNITY HealthCare Collaboration Portal is an interactive portal that facilitates communications and collaboration between clinicians, hospitals, patients and insurers by integrating patient health records with appointments, registrations and billing to improve care delivery and patient satisfaction.
The Collaboration Portal helps the healthcare personnel search and configure the patient information, collaborate with specialists and other clinicians in decision making sessions and schedule and act on follow up requirements.
Search: Healthcare personnel can search for all healthcare data for patients in various and disparate systems – quickly and easily, all from one place. This includes data like encounters, history, lab reports, medical images, etc.
Configure/View: Specific items from search results can be organized in a dashboard format for visualization and collaboration purposes. This lets the healthcare personnel put together all relevant information related to the specific health issue for collaborative discussion sessions.
Collaborate: Collaboration is not limited to only locally present staff but leveraging the underlying communications infrastructure (data, audio and video) the collaboration session can be with those at distant locations.
Schedule: Through the same user interface the healthcare personnel can schedule follow-up appointments, meetings, tasks, teleconference or other events with patients, physicians, administrators, etc.
Act: In addition to scheduling actions, healthcare personnel can order tests, document decisions made or via transcription services, email, etc.
