Approach

  • While AGNITY has domain experts in several domains like communication, multimedia, collaboration, health care, social networking, mobility etc, the core requirements of the applications are specific to customer’s unique needs. AGNITY experts work closely with the customer to spec out the customer requirements and in turn also provide their insights into product management and market.
  • Usually the requirements are followed by prototyping or a mock up. However, since AGNITY follows agile methodologies the requirements are tweaked based upon constant feedback at each stage.
  • The development and testing phase work closely and in iterations ranging from 2 weeks to 8 weeks in duration. Again during this time the customer is not only involved in progress monitoring but also provides active feedback by looking at the application taking shape.
  • Finally when all the iterations are over and the final application is deployed, AGNITY development and support professionals are there to help in all steps including any interop, staging, acceptance testing etc.
  • During the entire course of application development, AGNITY prefers a daily/weekly scrum with the customer clearly identifying the tasks completed or to be completed and any bottlenecks. A project plan and a project action register is maintained by AGNITY such that customer not only has insight into day to day working but also the big picture, milestones and the pulse of progress.
