SIP & IMS

AGNITY team has been creating solutions and contributing to standards in SIP and IMS for almost a decade – from SIP/NGIN protocol layers, SIP/IMS application servers, IMS applications, SIP based mobile applications and other UAs. The team has very diverse application oriented experience and expertise in SIP and IMS, including the solutions and products that we have built as well as all major SIP oriented platforms like Oracle OCCAS, Opencloud Rhino,  jNetX, SailFin application servers.

We have worked on several customer specific SIP based solutions, like such as Messaging solutions, Location, and Presence solutions that have either been enhanced, customized or, in some cases, developed from the ground up by our teams.

AGNITY has used and integrated major SIP/IMS based network equipment and services, like such as Broadworks from Broadsoft, Cisco BTS, Nokia Siemens IMS core, Sonus IMS and SIP network infrastructure, Dialogic’s several SIP based media servers, Media servers from Radisys, Audio codes, Movius etc.

AGNITY has created ACONYX CAS, a highly scalable multi-network Application Server Platform, to create multimedia and web based applications. This platform can be also be used to develop many other IMS/4G/3G based products including Service Broker, HSS, Multi-network Messaging, Notification/Alert Servers, etc.

ACONYX is AGNITY’s software components framework for the design, development, and deployment of communication services into business processes. The "Ready-to-Use" components enable rapid application creation for 3G/4G space, seamless integration with Web 2.0, web mashups and SOA, and enables IT/Telecom convergence. ACONYX enables service providers and enterprises to "bridge" common service enablers to an SOA environment cost-effectively over any network infrastructure including HLR, STP/SCPs.

The ACONYX framework has been completely developed in-house to provide a rich framework for SIP and IMS applications.

AGNITY is an expert group member for JSR 289 (SIP Servlet Specification) and JSR 309 (Media Server control specification) contributing to the specifications as well as acting as members of the IMS forum and a contributor to IETF.

AGNITY routinely participates in major industry events in the SIP and IMS world, including various Interop events, trade shows, and partner events.
