AGNITY experts work closely with the customer to specify the customer requirements and develop a mutually-agreed SoW (Statement of Work). The SoW provides the details of project scope, feature development timeline, dependencies and risk mitigation plans as required. The SoW also covers post-release LAB testing in the customer environment before releasing the feature to the production environment.
