Multiple Network and Protocol Support

ACONYX FlexYcharge solution is suited for both mobile and IP networks and supports SIP, CAMEL WIN, Rf, Ro, Diameter (RFC 4006), and Radius interfaces. FlexYcharge solution is compliant to the protocol requirements of LTE and 4G networks.

Call Flow and Announcement Flexibility through ACONYX SCE

The ACONYX FlexYcharge solution provides flexible call flows and configurable announcements that a service provider/agent can configure for an offer or per access number. Administrators record the announcements and upload to the system via web interfaces. These announcements are then used in customizing menus.

Customizable Web Portal

ACONYX FlexYcharge provides a Web-based user-friendly WebPortal to service providers/agents, who in turn make it available to end-users. End-users register with the WebPortal to purchase and recharge a card by selecting a product/plan. After registering and purchasing a card, an end-user accesses services depending on the product, like speed dial and CLI registration for CLI-based authentication.

Comprehensive Reporting

ACONYX FlexYcharge provides a comprehensive reporting solution through a separate reports server. Reports are generated at various levels and also include profitability information. This helps service providers/agents to quickly find out how much profit they are making. Reports can be standard or parameterized and can also be generated on demand or scheduled.

Credit Limit

ACONYX FlexYcharge supports the credit limit feature, in which a higher level entity allows a certain amount of the total calls to be made. Credit limit is set through a web portal and provides a great way to implement the wholesale-retail business model. When the credit amount breaches the credit limit, the ACONYX FlexYcharge service becomes disabled for that service provider until the account is charged again.

Credit Limit functionality can also be applied for individual subscribers, which allows postpaid billing for those subscribers.

Negative Credit

ACONYX FlexYcharge supports the negative credit, which allows better subscriber retention and reduces customer churn.

Parent Child Account

ACONYX FlexYcharge supports the association of a single account number with multiple PINs to mimic a parent-child relationship account. A parent account can transfer funds from its account to various child accounts. Each child account requires a different PIN, but shares the same account number.

Account Partitions

ACONYX FlexYcharge supports partitioning the account based on the different type of services, such as the number of free minutes, the number of free SMS, or the content account.

Favorite Rate Plans

A provider can define favorite numbers for a given account. Each favorite number can be charged at a different rate. The favorite number concept can also be extended to favorite city and favorite country.

Promotional Rate Plans

ACONYX FlexYcharge defines promotional plans, which can be associated with specific date ranges, recharges, and balance transfers.

Role Management and Customer Support

Besides restricting access to authorized users from designated terminals, ACONYX FlexYcharge also provides role management functions for the Web-based provisioning system. Role management involves assigning access privileges to various administrator profiles. Some of the profiles supported are Read/Write all screens, Read/Only all screens, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Network Provider Reports, Service Provider Reports.

Payment Gateway Support

Payment gateway support makes it possible for end-users to purchase or recharge a card with their credit cards via a robust and reliable payment gateway. The service Tax Viz, Percentage Tax, and Flat Tax are added to the purchase/recharge amount which is defined at the product level. This total amount is debited from the credit card.
