Service Delivery Platform and Multimedia Services

Communication Service Providers are looking for developing and deploying large number of new services quickly and inexpensively to improve their ARPU and drive revenue growth. Service Delivery Platform (SDP) helps address this need for wireline, wireless, IP and converged networks. Telemanagement Forum (TMF) is focused on developing SDP standards. Service Oriented Architecture (SoA) provides acceptable standard for integration of multiple services in IT and Network.

AGNITY team has successful experience of developing carrier-grade SDPs with multiple enablers for call control, presence, location, pop up, real time rating and charging. It has created SOA interfaces to integrate the platforms with Microsoft Connected Services framework. Call control enabler created supports AIN, INAP, and SIP interfaces. HSS interface is supported through a separate enabler-supporting diameter. Various Service execution environments supported are SIP Servlets, JAIN JCC, J2EE, Parlay/OSA and ParlayX. Many applications from Routing, messaging and multimedia applications have been created based on these interfaces.

AGNITY has very deep understanding of handset clients in the market that enable creation of multimedia and FMC applications.

AGNITY can help identify the key components required for SDP and also define specification of applications. In addition, the team can create end-to-end-solution architecture, help with vendor evaluation and selection and implement the solution.

The benefits that we provide to communication service providers include:

Service creation and runtime environment for voice, content, messaging and location based services
Reduced timelines and budgets for the development and integration of multimodal and multimedia services in current and next generation networks, and
A single integration point into network operators' existing IT and Network systems for a broad range of new and existing services.
