5 - 8 years of experience in Java based software development preferably for enterprise applications
	Minimum 4 years experience with J2EE technologies – EJBs on any application server experience mandatory, web-side experience also required
	Extensive experience in designing and developing J2EE applications
	Extensive experience in database design
	Very good J2SE (1.5) development skills
	Very good experience on web-services
	Very good experience in developing applications for Banking/Trading/other financial systems.
	Excellent communication skills
	Bachelors or Masters degree in computers

Plusses

	Good knowledge of light weight application frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, EJB3 is a big plus
	Good amount of experience in developing highly-available, scalable and secure software solutions
